We are unable to accept refunds due to the customized nature of all of the goods we manufacture at Buddy and Luna. Your artwork was created with care and is completely unique to you and your pet.
Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with your final product. Customer satisfaction is among our interests, and we constantly strive to ensure that you are satisfied with the finished product.
If you received the wrong goods, the wrong size or print, or your product was damaged in transportation, we will gladly replace it. In this instance, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
If you have made an order and have changed your mind, you may cancel it within 2 hours. If 2 hours have passed, we will issue the cancellation at our discretion. This is because our artists often begin working as soon as you make your purchase. If your artwork has already been created and you choose to cancel, we will charge a $10 cancellation fee to offset part of the expenses associated with your order's artwork.
Please keep in mind that the picture you supplied with your purchase will be used to create your artwork. We cannot provide a solution if you do not follow our Photo Guide. It is your obligation to provide a high-quality photograph that follows our submission requirements. Low-quality pictures will provide low-quality artwork. We do enable notes to be added to orders if you have anything you'd want to tell us. However, we cannot promise that unusual demands will be met; for example, we cannot modify a picture to shut or open a mouth, add a grin, or do anything else. We can, however, erase red eye, change the color of eyes, and accommodate other requirements.
Please keep in mind that all of the examples on this site were created using high-quality, high-resolution pictures. Blurry, low-quality photographs will prevent our design team from achieving the high-quality finish you see on the site.
